In the name of God Amen the 27th day of May in 1727 Acording to the Computetation of the Church of Endland I William Bearpear of Dallowgill in the parish of Kirby Malzeard and County of Yorke being of perfect memorie and rememoranse praises be to god doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in maner and form following
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of all mighty god my maker hoping through the meritorious death and pashion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeemer to receve fre pardan and for givenes of all my sins and as for my body to be buried in Cristan burial to the discrishan of my executrix hear after nominated
Item I give and bequeath unto My Mother Anne Bearber the sum of twenty shillings a year and the ould house standing on the backe side of nowe dweling house for her naturall life
Item I give unto my sister Anne Bearber five pounds to be paid twelve munthes after my decease
Item I give unto Leonard Bearber my yunger brother five pounds to be paid him when he cums to the age of twenty on and ten shillings in the year for the time: and one bedstead and bedding belonging to itt and one halfe of my Close and one Cofer and one lome [loom?] standing in my warke house
Item All the rest of my houses leases lands tenements and goods whatsoever I give unto John Bearber my Brother upon Condition that he shall pay all my debts and legacies and funeral expensis and make him sole executrix of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills and testements
