Schedule of the Deeds and writings relating to freehold
property called “Crosshills” situate at Bowes in Dallowgill
in the township of Laverton in the Parish of Kirkby Malzeard
in the West Riding of the County or York late belonging to
Mr. James Matson deceased and sold by his Trustees to
Mr. Henry Pearson

7th and 8th April 1768.

Thomas Gill of the one part and Abigail Dunnin,
Spinster of the other part.

18th and 19th October 1798.
Indentures of Lease and Release both made between
George Dunnin of the one part and Charles Dunnin
of the other part

Catharina his wife of the one part and
Charles Dunnin of the other part.
