I John Bradley of Masham in the County of York, Butcher do
hereby acknowledge to have received the several Deeds and
Writings mentioned in the above Schedule and do undertake to
deliver the same to Mr John Lumley his heirs or assigns on
payment to me my executors administrators or assigns of the
sum of £500 and interest to become due thereon secured to me
my executors administrators and assigns by the last mentioned
Indenture and in the meantime to keep the same safe and
unobliterated (fire theft and other ??? accident only excepted)
