property called “Crosshills” situate at Bowes in Dallowgill
in the township of Laverton in the Parish of Kirkby Malzeard
in the West Riding of the County or York late belonging to
Mr. James Matson deceased and sold by his Trustees to
Mr. Henry Pearson
